TCIs lawsuit against Coal India-legally and morally flawed

I wrote a post on this at my other blog, do take a look(http://apoliticallyincorrect.blogspot.com/2012/05/tci-sues-coal-india-morally-and-legally.html). While I rarely toe the Government line, this issue seemed too unfairly portrayed in the mainstream media to pass up!

@Scott-I'm not sure what you mean by risk free day trading. Unless there is arbitrage(which usually needs amazingly quick computing power AND global execution ability) or insider trading(which is illegal), day trading is not risk free. Thanks for your compliment and I will update this blog more frequently but day trading is not yet my forte
